
Ingredients:
• 1 large can of Peaches
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Flour
• 1/2 cup Cornstarch
• 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 tbsp. Heavy Cream
• 1 store brought Pie Tart Crust
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray.
- Place pie tart crust into pie pan and transfer to freezer.
- In a bowl, add in peaches with liquid and white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract and lemon juice and flour, cornstarch and butter, stir well until combined.
- Take pie tart crust out of the freezer and pour in the peach filling.
- Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and let pie cool for 10 minutes before serving.
