Peach Tart

This Peach Tart is filled with peaches in creamy sweet sauce in pie tart crust.

Ingredients:

• 1 large can of Peaches

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Flour

• 1/2 cup Cornstarch

• 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 tbsp. Heavy Cream

• 1 store brought Pie Tart Crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place pie tart crust into pie pan and transfer to freezer.
  3. In a bowl, add in peaches with liquid and white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract and lemon juice and flour, cornstarch and butter, stir well until combined.
  4. Take pie tart crust out of the freezer and pour in the peach filling.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and let pie cool for 10 minutes before serving.
