
Instructions:
Cupcake:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3 Eggs
Frosting:
• 3 Containers Store Brought Vanilla Frosting
• Red Food Coloring
• Blue Food Coloring
• 4th of July Sprinklesew
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and line cupcakes liners in a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, sugar and vanilla extract and milk, beat well and add in the eggs one of time, mix well.
- Pour the batter into muffin pan liners tin and bake for 35 minutes until lightly golden brown. Take out of oven and let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
- To make the frosting, add red food coloring in one container of vanilla frosting and add in the blue food coloring in another container of vanilla frosting. Leave the third container of vanilla frosting plain.
- Frost the cupcakes with each frosting to your desired and sprinkle with the sprinklers.
