
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 2/4 cup Sweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar more for dusting
• 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Canola Oil
• 2 Tbsp. Water
• 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberry Berries
• Red Food Gel
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, sugar and cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips, mix well.
- Add in the vanilla extract and oil, and add in the eggs one of time, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes and dust with powdered sugar and make lines apart with red gel and add 4 blueberries.
- Serve.
