Crockpot Hamburger Soup

This hamburger soup is a hearty, filled beef, veggies and tomatoes for easy recipe to make in a crockpot.


Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Ground Beef

• 2 Potatoes, peeled and diced

• 2 Carrots, peeled and diced

• 2 cans Mixed Vegetables

• 1/2 Onion, finely chopped

• 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into chunks

• 1 Red Bell Peppers cut into chunks

• 1 can Tomato Paste

• 1 large can Tomato Sauce

• 1 large can Diced Tomatoes

• 2 cups Beef Broth

• 1 cup Water

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over med high heat, cook the ground beef until done, drained off excess greased.
  2. In the same skillet over med high, saute the onions and bell peppers until tender.
  3. In a crockpot add in beef, onion mixture and potatoes, carrots, canned mixed vegetables and tomato paste, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes,salt , black pepper, then add in beef broth, water.
  4. Cover crockpot with lid and cook for 8 hours on low heat.
  5. When ready to serve hot in bowls.
