
These brownies are fudgy and easy to make right in microwave.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp. Milk
• 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, cut pieces
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- In a microwave, safe dish, add in the butter and microwave for 20 seconds until melted.
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour sugar, salt, cocoa powder, mix well.
- Add in vanilla extract, milk and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into microwave safe dish and microwave 5 minutes until done in the middle. Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
