Microwave Brownies

These brownies are fudgy and easy to make right in microwave.


Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tbsp. Milk

• 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, cut pieces

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave, safe dish, add in the butter and microwave for 20 seconds until melted.
  2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour sugar, salt, cocoa powder, mix well.
  3. Add in vanilla extract, milk and eggs, beat well until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into microwave safe dish and microwave 5 minutes until done in the middle. Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
