
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Raisins
• 1 1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Large Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, salt, white sugar and brown sugar, cinnamon, mix well.
- Add in butter, vanilla extract and sour cream, beat well until combined.
- Stir in raisins and walnuts, mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased baking loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
