
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
• 2/4 cup Pecans, chopped
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• Powdered Sugar for dusting.
Ingredients:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand mixer add in the butter and powdered sugar beat until light and fluffy.
- Add in vanilla extract, flour and salt, beat well until combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and mix well.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool completely on wire rack.
- Now dust each cookie with powdered sugar.
