
Instructions:
Dough
• 1/2 cup Self-Rising Flour
• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3 tbsp. Milk
• 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
Filling:
• 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
Glaze:
• 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Heavy Cream
Instructions:
Dough
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and milk, butter, beat well until combined.
- Place the dough onto a floured surface and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to flatten into rectangle.
Filling
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until combined.
Assembly
- Pour the filling into dough and then roll dough up into a cinnamon roll shape.
- Add cinnamon roll into a greased microwave safe mug.
- Place it in the microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
Glaze
- In a bowl, add in sugar and heavy cream, stir well until smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the warm cinnamon roll in the mug.
