
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Skinless, Cod Fish, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
• 2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 Carrots, peeled and sliced
• 2 cups Chicken Broth
• 2 cups Clam Juice
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
• 1 Thyme Sprig
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large stockpot over med high heat, add in butter until melted.
- Add in potatoes, carrots, chicken broth, heavy cream and clam juice and thyme, salt, black pepper, stir, bring it to a boil, cook for 8 minutes.
- Add in fish and cook about 2 minutes until heat through.
- Serve hot in bowls.
