
Ingredients:
• 1 package Fettuccine Pasta, broke in half
• 1 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into dice size
• 2 cups Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 2 Clove Garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, cut bite sized pieces
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In an instant pot, add in butter and garlic, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Add in fettuccine noodles and add in the chicken, season with salt, black pepper.
- Place the lid on instant pot and set Pressure Cook , then select to 6 minutes. After the timer is finished and let it set for 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and stir pasta mixture and then take to forks to shredded chicken into pasta mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
- Let set instant pot and let set for few minutes. Serve in plate.
