Instant Pot Fettuccine Alfredo

This Fettuccine Alfredo is made right in instant pot and it’s so creamy, cheesy, just all the ingredients in pot, let it cook until ready. It’s the quick way to have a weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

• 1 package Fettuccine Pasta, broke in half

• 1 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into dice size

• 2 cups Chicken Broth

• 1 cup Heavy Cream

• 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

• 2 Clove Garlic, minced

• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, cut bite sized pieces

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In an instant pot, add in butter and garlic, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
  2. Add in fettuccine noodles and add in the chicken, season with salt, black pepper.
  3. Place the lid on instant pot and set Pressure Cook , then select to 6 minutes. After the timer is finished and let it set for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken and stir pasta mixture and then take to forks to shredded chicken into pasta mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
  6. Let set instant pot and let set for few minutes. Serve in plate.
