
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Fresh Cranberries
• 1 Orange, halved
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Orange Juice from one Orange
• 2 tsp. Orange Zest from one Orange
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Maple Syrup
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
- In a instant pot, add in the orange zest and orange halves and orange juice.
- Add in cranberries, maple syrup and sugar, salt.
- Lock the lid on Instant pot and turn it on steam valve to seal position and set it to pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
- Once the steam have release the pressure manually, now carefully remove the lid and stir mixture together.
- Set the instant pot to high on saute and bring it to simmer and cook until thickened about 3 minutes.
- Let sauce cool for 5 minutes and transfer to bowl, fridge until ready to serve.
