Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

This Cranberry Sauce was made in an instant pot that so easy to make in minutes.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Fresh Cranberries

• 1 Orange, halved

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Orange Juice from one Orange

• 2 tsp. Orange Zest from one Orange

• 1 cup Sugar

• 1 cup Maple Syrup

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a instant pot, add in the orange zest and orange halves and orange juice.
  2. Add in cranberries, maple syrup and sugar, salt.
  3. Lock the lid on Instant pot and turn it on steam valve to seal position and set it to pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
  4. Once the steam have release the pressure manually, now carefully remove the lid and stir mixture together.
  5. Set the instant pot to high on saute and bring it to simmer and cook until thickened about 3 minutes.
  6. Let sauce cool for 5 minutes and transfer to bowl, fridge until ready to serve.
