Tomato Pie

This Tomato Pie is filled with mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and seasoned in a store brought pie crust.

Ingredients:

• 1 Pillsbury Store Brought Pie Crust

• 4 Ripe Tomatoes, sliced

• 1 Purple Onion, sliced

• 1 package Mozzarella Cheese

• 1 package Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• 1/2 cup Garlic Powder

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a pie pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add in mayonnaise, shredded cheese garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Roll the pie crust into the pie pan and pour in mayonnaise filling and layer tomatoes, omion and fresh mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes until crust lightly golden brown and filling is bubbly hot. Let pie cool for 15 minutes before serving.
