
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Dried Split Green Beans, rinsed and pick out debris
• 2 cup Potatoes, cut into cubed
• 2 Carrots, peeled and diced
• 2 cups Cubed Ham
• 1 container Chicken Broth
• 1 2/4 cup Water
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In the bottom of crockpot add the peas and onion, carrots, ham and pour in chicken broth and water, salt, black pepper, stir well.
- Cover with lid and cook for 6 hours until green peas are tender and soup is thickened. Serve hot in bowls.
