Crockpot Refried Beans

This Refried Beans are made in the crockpot for easy recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Dried Pinto Beans

• 1 Onion, shredded

• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced

• 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

• 1 tbsp. Ground Cumin

• 4 cups Water

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In bottom of crockpot, add in dried beans, onions, garlic, and cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
  2. Then pour in the water and cover with lid and let it cook for 8 hours until beans tender.
  3. With a immersion blender puree until it’s smooth texture.
  4. Serve warm in bowls and if desired garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
