
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Dried Pinto Beans
• 1 Onion, shredded
• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• 1 tbsp. Ground Cumin
• 4 cups Water
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In bottom of crockpot, add in dried beans, onions, garlic, and cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
- Then pour in the water and cover with lid and let it cook for 8 hours until beans tender.
- With a immersion blender puree until it’s smooth texture.
- Serve warm in bowls and if desired garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
