
Ingredients:
• 2 lb. Potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1 cup Chicken Broth
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a crockpot add in the potatoes and chicken broth, cook for 4 hours.
- Then use potato masher to mash the potatoes and add sour cream, milk, season with salt and black pepper, stir well until combined.
- Serve warm.
