
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
• 2 cans Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can Tomato Paste
• 1 can Diced Tomatoes
• 1 can Beef Broth
• 1 package Chili Seasoning Mix
• 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
• 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a skillet over med high heat, cook beef, onions, bell peppers, until done and veggies are tender, drain off the excess greased.
- Pour the beef mixture into crockpot and add the remaining ingredients, stir well until combined.
- Cover with lid and cook for 6 hours on low. Serve warm in bowls.
