
Ingredients:
• 1 head Cauliflower, finely chopped
• 2 Stalks Celery, finely diced
• 2 Clove Garlic, minced
• 3 cups Chicken Broth
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a crockpot, add in cauliflower and garlic, chicken broth, cover with lid and let it cook for 8 hours on low.
- In an immersion blender puree the mixture until smooth.
- Add in heavy cream and cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Season with salt and black pepper and serve hot.
