Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup

This Broccoli Cheese Soup have been cooked in crockpot for 6 hours until creamy cheesy broccoli soup.

What Ingredients You Need

• Fresh Broccoli

• Onion

• Carrots

• Chicken Broth

• Cream of Celery Soup

• Velveeta

• Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• Salt and Black Pepper

How To Make It In Cookpot

• Add in the bottom of crockpot the chicken broth, cream of celery soup, Velveeta, cheddar cheese and salt, black pepper, stir well.

• Add in fresh broccoli, carrots and onions, stir well until ingredients combined.

• Cover the crockpot with lid and cook for 6 hours until creamy broccoli soup. Serve hot in bowls.

The Substitutions:

• Fresh Broccoli – You can use frozen broccoli in this recipe and make thawed out the frozen broccoli before cooking.

• Onion – In this recipe I use a yellow onion but you can use any onion you like to use for the recipe.

• Chicken Broth – You can use vegetable broth in this recipe if you like substitute the chicken broth.

• Shredded Cheese – You can also use grated cheddar cheese in this recipe.


Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup

This Broccoli Cheese Soup takes only 6 hours to cook in crockpot.

Ingredients:

• 1 pint Fresh Broccoli

• 1 Diced Onion

• 2 Carrots, finely diced

• 3 cup Chicken Broth

• 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup

• 1 lb. Velveeta

• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bottom of crockpot add in the chicken broth, celery soup and salt, black pepper, stir well.
  2. Add in broccoli, onion, carrots and Velveeta, cheddar cheese, mix well.
  3. Cover with lid and cook for 6 hours until creamy cheesy broccoli soup. Serve hot.
