
Ingredients:
• 2lb. Assorted Red Apples, peeled, cut into chunks.
• 1 cup Apple Juice
• Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 tsp . Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
Instructions
1. Combined all the ingredients in crockpot and cover with lid, cook for 4 hours on high.
2. Use immersion blender to puree and cool for 10 minutes before chilling in fridge.
