• Self-Rising Flour

• Granulated Sugar

• Unsalted Butter

• Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

• Milk

• Eggs

Can I Substitutions The Ingredients?

• Self-Rising Flour: You can use All-Purpose Flour but you need add baking soda, salt to the flour mixture.

• Granulated Sugar – You can use maple syrup to refined sugar in this recipe.

• Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: You can use dutch process cocoa powder to make more chocolate fudgy brownies.

• Whole Milk: You can use chocolate milk in this recipe to make it more chocolatey to rich flavored.

Learn How To Make Brownies:

• In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, salt, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.

•  Then add in butter, milk, vanilla extract, almond extract and eggs, beat well until combined.

• Pour the batter into greased baking pan and top with almonds, bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before serving.

• 2/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

• 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Milk

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 2 Large Eggs, at room temperature

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, salt, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.
  3. Add in butter, vanilla extract, almond extract and milk, eggs, stir in chocolate chips, beat well until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into greased baking dish, garnish with almonds and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
