
Make The Cookie Dough

The Ingredients:
• Self-Rising Flour
• Salt
• Granulated Sugar
• Brown Sugar
• Vanilla Extract
• Unsalted Butter
• Egg
Substitute Ingredients:
• Self-Rising Flour: You can use All-Purpose Flour but use baking soda, salt in the flour mixture.
• Sugar: If you didn’t have Granulated Sugar or Brown Sugar, you can use maple syrup to refined sugar in the recipe.
The Instructions:
• In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the ingredients and beat well combined.
• Use a cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
• Bake the cookie dough onto oven at 350 degrees and bake for 12 minutes.
How To Store And Freeze
• Store – In an airtight container with lid and place the cookies inside and store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
• Freezer Dough – After making the cookie dough and form balls, then place dough onto airtight container with lid and store in fridge overnight.
• Freezer Baked Cookies – Let cookies cool at room temperature and then transfer to airtight container with lid up to 3 months.
Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 Large Egg, at room temperature
• 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, salt , white sugar and brown sugar, mix well.
- Add in butter, vanilla extract, egg, stir in chocolate chips, beat well until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes.
