Air Fryer Biscuits

Air Fryer Biscuits are soft, flaky and fluffy homemade biscuits made from scratch and so easy to make in air fryer.

The Ingredients:

• Self-Rising Flour

• Salt

• Granulated Sugar

• Cold Unsalted Butter

• Buttermilk

Can I Substitutions The Ingredients

• Self-Rising Flour – You can All-Purpose Flour but you need add in baking soda and salt to the flour.

• Buttermilk – You can make your own buttermilk with 2 tsp. lemon juice and 2/4 cup whole milk.

The Instructions To Make It:

• In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, salt, sugar, mix well.

• Add in butter, buttermilk, beat well until combined to dough.

• Place the dough on floured surface and roll out the dough with rolling pin. Then use a biscuit cutter to cut out round circle of dough.

• Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place biscuit dough into air fryer basket and preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees. Let it cook for 10 minutes until light golden brown on top.

How To Store And Freeze Biscuits

• Store the homemade biscuits in container with airtight lid for 2 days at room temperature.

• Wrap the baked biscuits in plastic wrap and place in container with airtight lid, it will last up to 2 months.


Air Fryer Biscuits

These Air Fryer Biscuits are made from scratch and they’re so flaky and fluffy.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1/2  cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 2/4 cup Buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees and greased air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour salt, sugar, mix well.
  3. Add in butter, milk, beat well until dough form.
  4. Roll the dough onto a floured surface and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough and use biscuit cutter to cut out round circle of dough.
  5. Place the dough into air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
