Ingredients:

Brownies:

• 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 stick Unsalted Butter, melted

• 2 Eggs

Glaze:

•  2 tbsp. Strawberry Preserve

• 2/4 cup Powdered Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Milk

Instructions:

Brownies:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in cake mix, butter, eggs, vanilla extract and salt, mix well until combined.

3. Pour the batter into greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before glazing.

Glaze:

1. In a mixing bowl, add in powdered sugar and milk, strawberry preserves, mix well until combined.

2. Pour the glaze over the brownies and spread out evenly.
