Grilled Chicken:

Grilled Chicken is so juicy and tender and made with boneless, skinless chicken breast have been marinade in orange juice soy sauce.

Now grilling season here during the Summer time and this recipe is perfect time put out the outdoor grill and start grilling.

The grilled chicken is perfect to grill this season and the marinade is so easy to make and it will take only 30 minutes to soak chicken in marinade to tenderize and flavored the meat.

Why do chicken on the grill dry out? Make sure you marinade the chicken before grilling and it will add flavored

What temperature the chicken need to be doneness? Use a instant read thermometer to measure the internal temperature of the chicken. The instant read thermometer needs read to 165 degrees F for the chicken to be done that’s about 5 minutes on each side.

What’s the marinade sauce?

The marinade sauce is made of Italian dressing, soy sauce and orange juice. Soak the chicken breast for one hour in the fridge.

What’s the best side dishes to go with grilled chicken?

The best side dishes to go with grilled chicken is lemon rice, salad or baked potato.

Place the chicken breast on cutting board and use a meat mallet to pound the chicken out to 1/2 inch thick before marinade.


How To Grill The Chicken:

Grilled Chicken Breast is marinade and grill on outdoor grill. We always have pasta salad and roasted potatoes for our side dishes.

• 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

• 1 cup Italian Dressing

• 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

• 1/2 cup Orange Juice

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, add in Italian dressing, soy sauce, orange juice and salt, black pepper, stir well.

2. Place the chicken breasts in the sauce and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge 1 hour to marinade.

3. Take the chicken out of marinade and place the chicken on a preheat outdoor grill. Grill the chicken on both sides about 5 minutes until doneness.
