
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup White Vinegar
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a springform pan with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, salt, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.
3. Add in vanilla extract, white vinegar and oil, water, mix well until combined.
4. Spread the cherry pie filling on the bottom of pan and pour batter on top.
5. Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for 10.
6. Turn the cake over on a serving plate that cherry pie filling is showing upright.
