
Ingredients:
For Filling:
• 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped
• 2 cups Fresh Blueberries, chopped
• 2 tbsp. Flour
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
For Cobbler Topping:
• 1 1/4 cup Self-Rising Flour
• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 1/3 cup Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, cubed
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 Egg, slightly beaten
• 1 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, add in flour and sugar, lemon juice, strawberries and blueberries, stir until combined.
3. In another mixing bowl, add in flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter, use your clean hands to mix well until crumbly. Add egg and milk, beat well until combined.
4. Pour the berries filling in the bottom of baking dish and drop the topping on top of the filling.
4. Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and bubbly hot.
