Sheet Pan Honey Buffalo Chicken and Broccoli:

This Sheet Pan Honey Buffalo Chicken and Broccoli recipe is so easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs. Chicken Breast, cut into cubes

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 3 cups Broccoli Florets

• 3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 4 tbsp. Salted Butter

• 1 tbsp. Smoked Paprika

• 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt

• 1 tsp. Onion Powder

• 1/2 cup Hot Sauce

• 1/2 tsp cup Honey

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

• 1/2 cup Honey

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lined a baking sheet with tin foil.

2. Add in the sheet pan is chicken and paprika, onion powder, salt and black pepper.

3. Now add in flour and toss it all together. Drizzle the olive oil over the it. Add in the broccoli. Season with salt and black pepper.

4. Bake for 25 minutes until chicken cooked through.

5. In a saucepan over med high heat, add in butter, hot sauce, seasoned salt and cayenne, stir until well mix. Remove from heat and add in honey.

6. Remove the broccoli from sheet pan and pour sauce over the chicken, stir to coated the chicken. Bake for 5 minutes.

7. Serve it on plate with cooked white rice, if desired.
