
Ingredients:
Cake:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Vanilla Glaze:
• 2 cups Powdered Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Milk
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking cake pan with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, mix well.
3. Add in butter, sour cream, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until combined.
4. Pour the batter into cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool 10 minutes before glazing.
5. In a bowl, add powdered sugar and milk, vanilla extract, mix well until combined. Drizzle the glaze over the cake.
