Sweet Potato Biscuits:

These sweet potato biscuits only takes two ingredients to make.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. In a mixing bowl, add in sweet potatoes and flour, mix well until combined to a dough.

3. On floured surface, place the dough on it and knead the dough into round balls.

4. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and roll the dough into a ball and place on greased baking sheet.

5. Bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown. Serve hot.
