
Ingredients:
Brownies:
• 1/4 cup Self-Rising Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
• 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 stick Unsalted Butter
• 2 Large Eggs
Topping:
• 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 package Large Marshmallows
• 1/3 cup Roasted Salted Almonds
• 1/2 cup Almond Butter, chopped
• 1 stick Unsalted Butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking pan with cooking spray.
Brownies:
1. In a bowl stand mixer, add in flour, salt, sugar, mix well. Add in butter, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, eggs beat well until combined.
2. Pour the batter into greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes.
• Toppings:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add in chocolate, butter and almond butter, microwave about 12 minutes and let brownies completely. Add in the marshmallows and nuts, mix well.
2. Place the toppings on top of brownies and let sit at room temperature for 25 minutes.
3. Place the brownies in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
