Instructions:

• 1 Large Zucchini, thinly sliced

• 1 cup Breadcrumbs

• 1 Egg, slightly beaten

Instructions:

1. In a shallow bowl, add in breadcrumbs and second bowl whisk in the egg until slightly beaten.

2. Dredge the zucchini in the egg and then breadcrumbs.

3. Cook breaded zucchini in an air fryer about 10 , flipping over it during cooking time.
