Roasted Red Potatoes:

This roasted red potatoes are tender with season of olive oil and salt, black pepper.

Ingredients:

• 4 lb. Red Potatoes, keep peeling on and cut into halves

• Drizzle with Olive Oil

• Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lined a baking sheet with tin foil.

2. Spread out the red potatoes on baking sheet and drizzle olive oil and season with salt, black pepper to taste.

3. Place it in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until tender and golden brown. Serve warm.
