
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Frozen Raspberries, thawed
• 1 1/4 cup Milk
• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp. Lemon Juice
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, add in thawed raspberries, sugar and milk, blend until smooth. In a large bowl, pour the mixture through strainer to remove the seeds. Then stir in lemon juice.
2. Add the raspberry mixture in ice cream maker machine, churn according to manufacture instructions.
3. Store raspberry sherbet in airtight container and freeze it for at least 4 hours.
