Churros Recipe:

These churros are so easy to make with sugar and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1 cups Granulated Sugar plus 2 tbsp.

• 1/2 cup Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Water

• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

• 2 Eggs

• Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan over med high heat, add in 2 tbsp. sugar and water bring to a boil, stir in vanilla extract. Now remove remove saucepan from heat and add in flour and salt, let it cool for 10 minutes.

2. In a bowl of stand mixer, pour cool mixture inside and add in eggs one at time, beat well until blended.

3. Pour the mixture into piping bag with a large open star tip.

4. In a large pot over med high heat with hot oil, pipe the mixture into hot oil about 6 inch long and use kitchen scissors to cut out the dough.

5. Cook in batches until golden brown about 4 minutes.

6. In a bowl, add in sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Roll the churros to coat both sides and place on wire rack.
