White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies:

These macadamia cookies is made with white chocolate inside and the cookies soft, chewy.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp. Milk

• 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 Egg

• 1 Egg Yolk

• 1 1/3 cup White Chocolate Chips

• 1 1/3 cup Macadamia Nuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, salt, brown sugar, white sugar and mix well.

3. Add in butter, vanilla extract and milk, egg, egg yolk, beat well until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts, mix well until combined.

4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving and store the cookies in airtight container.
