
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cast iron skillet with oil.
2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, salt, white sugar and brown sugar, mix well.
3. Add in butter, vanilla extract and egg, beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts, mix well until combined.
4. Pour the batter into greased cast iron skillet and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and bubbly hot. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
