
Ingredients:
• 1 box of White Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 quarts Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/4 tsp. Cream of Tarter
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 8 Eggs Whites
Ingredients:
1. Prepared white cake mix according to instructions with oil, eggs.
2. Place the vanilla ice cream in bowl and cover with plastic wrap, place it in the freezer to freeze for 8 hours.
3. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in egg whites, cream of tarter and salt, beat well until peaks form.
4. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place the on it and top with ice cream and then spread meringue and freeze for 3 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place it in the low baking rack and toast the meringue is light golden brown about 10 minutes.
6. Slice and serve immediately.
