Crustless Cranberry Pie:

Crustless Cranberry Pie is made with fresh cranberries and walnuts.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Almond Extract

• 2 cups Fresh Cranberries

• 2 Eggs, slightly beaten

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts.

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a pie pan with cooking spray.

2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, salt, sugar and almond extract, butter, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in fresh cranberries and walnuts, mix well until combined.

3. Pour the mixture into the pie pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let pie cool for 5 minutes before serving.
