
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
• 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, mix well. Add in butter, eggs and stir in dried cranberries and chocolate chips, beat well until combined.
3. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 14 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
