
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/3 cup Fresh Orange Juice from one orange
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Organic Zest from one orange.
• 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a muffin pan with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add flour, salt, sugar and orange zest, mix well.
3. Add in butter, sour cream, orange juice and egg, beat well until combined.
4. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins and bake for 35 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
