
Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 3 cups Rolled Oats
• 2 cups Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
1. In a pot over med high heat, add the butter, sugar and milk, cocoa powder, stir, boil for 55 seconds until bubbly hot.
2. Take pot off the heat, add in peanut butter, oats, vanilla extract and salt, stir until combined.
3. On baking sheet with parchment paper, use a spoon drop the cookie onto it and press slightly on each cookie to flatten it. Let cookies sit at room temperature until cool and store cookies in airtight container.
