
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 tbsp. White Sugar
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
• 4 Eggs
• Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in flour and salt, mix well. Add in eggs and melted butter, sugar, whisk until well combined. Pour in milk and whisk until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 2 hours.
2. In a crepe pan over med high heat with vegetable oil, pour the batter into the pan and cook on both sides while flipping about one minute on each side.
3. Place on crepes on plate and garnish with your favorite toppings.
