
Ingredients:
• 1 package Penna Pasta
• 4 Chicken Breast, sliced
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
• 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
• 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 1 tbp. Chili Powder
• 1 tbsp. Cumin
• 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 3 cups Milk
Instructions:
1. In a pot over med high heat with hot oil, add the chicken, cook until done. Place on paper lined plate to drained off excess greased. Set aside.
2. In the same pot, add in all three bell peppers and onion, cook until tender.
3. Add the chicken back in and add in cumin, onion powder and stir well with chicken and veggies to combined.
4. Pour in milk and pasta, give it good stir, cook until pasta is tender and sauce is thickened.
5. Add in cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve hot immediately.
