
Ingredients:
• 4 Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
• 1 cup Onion, diced
• 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
• 2 tbsp. Minced Ginger
• 1 tbsp. Curry Powder
• 1 tbsp. Garam Masala
• 1 small can Tomato Paste
• 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice from lime
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 3 cups Cooked White Rice
Instructions:
1. In a skillet over med high heat with hot oil, cook the chicken pieces until done and drain off excess greased on paper lined plate.
2. In large pot over med high heat, add in curry powder, garam malsa, cook about 2 minutes. Add in the cooked chicken pieces, butter, stir, cook about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in aromatics, onion, garlic and ginger, salt, cook until onion is tender about 2 minutes.
4. Add in tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes, stir well until combined.
5. Pour in heavy cream and reduce the heat, stir occasionally for 12 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice and serve with cooked white rice.
