
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Chicken Wings
• 1/3 cup Flour
• 2 cups Garlic Powder
• 1 tbsp. Clove Garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
• 4 tsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, chopped
• 1 tsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add flour, minced garlic and onion powder, seasoning salt, salt, black pepper, mix well.
2. Add in the chicken wings in the flour mixture coating both sides and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
3. In hot oil deep fry skillet, cook the chicken wings until crispy golden brown and done. Drain off excess greased on paper lined plate.
4. Place chicken wings in serving plate and garnish with cheese and parsley.
