
Ingredients:
• 1 package Gnocchi
• 2 cups Chopped Chicken
• 2 cups Chopped Fresh Spinach
• 2 cups Diced Carrots
• 2 cups Diced Onions
• 2 Clove Garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 2 cups Milk
• 2 cups Chicken Broth
• 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot over med high heat with hot oil, add in carrots, onions and garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper cook until tender, stirring.
2. Add in chicken broth, let it simmer about 12 minutes until hot bubbly.
3. In a bowl, add in flour and milk, mix well until smooth. Pour in the pot and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
4. Add in the gnocchi and let it all simmer for 4 minutes and stir in chicken, spinach, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve in bowls immediately.
