Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs Casserole:

Spaghetti and Meatballs Casserole is a delicious one pot meal with homemade meatballs and top with cheese to make on weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

Homemade Meatballs:

• 1 lb. Ground Beef

• 2 cups Italian Breadcrumbs

• 1/2 Chopped Onions

• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 Egg, slightly beaten

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Other Ingredients:

• 1 package Spaghetti Noodles

• 1 jar Marinara Sauce

• 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish or cast iron skillet with cooking spray.

2. In a pot of salty boiling water, cook spaghetti until tender and drain off excess water.

3. In a mixing bowl, add in beef, onion and breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce and salt, black pepper and with clean hands mix well and form beef mixture into balls.

4. Place the spaghetti in the cast iron skillet and meatballs, marinara sauce, top with cheese.

5. Bake for 30 minutes until hot bubbly and cheese is melted.
