
Ingredients:
• 1 package Frozen Beef Ravioli, thawed
• 2 cup Flour
• 2 Eggs, light beaten
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
• Vegetable Oil for Frying
• Fresh Basil for garnish
• 1 cup Warm Marinara Sauce for dipping
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In three shallow bowls, in one bowl add in the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and second bowl add in the flour and third bowl add in the eggs.
• Dip the ravioli in flour to coat both sides and then eggs, breadcrumbs mixture.
• In a Fry Daddy with hot oil, cook the ravioli in batches until crispy and drain off excess grease and place on serving platter with marinara sauce.
