Egg Drop Soup

This soup takes only 15 minutes to make with chicken both and eggs.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Chicken Broth

• 1 Egg, beaten

• 1 tsp. Cornstarch

2 tsp. Water

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

• In a saucepan over med high heat, add in the cornstarch and water bring to a boil, stirring. Add in the chicken broth, stirring occasionally until thickened.

• Now pour in the beaten egg, stir occasionally and season with salt, black pepper.

• Serve hot in a bowl and Enjoy!
