Cheddar Ham Breakfast Muffins

These muffins is made with diced ham and cheddar cheese, eggs, mix with Bisquick.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups Bisquick Baking Mix

• 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 2/4 cup Chopped Cooked Ham

• 2 Eggs

• 1 cup Milk

• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a muffin pan with cooking spray.

• In a mixing bowl, add in the Bisquick mix, milk and mix well.

• Add in the eggs, beat well and add in the ham, cheese, stir until combined.

• Pour the mixture into a greased muffin pan and bake 35 minutes until light golem brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
